Quit drinking alcohol weight loss: The 3 REASONS Why Drinking Can Make It SO Hard to Lose Weight
This video is about how I Quit drinking alcohol and the 3 reasons why losing weight while drinking alcohol can feel so damn hard. When I stopped drinking I lost 15-20lbs of fat with literally zero effort, and before that I had been doing ALL of the work to try and lose weight. In this video I talk about the 3 major reasons why when I quite drinking alcohol, weight loss was an immediate perk. So was muscle building. It can feel and really be SO hard when we are drinking alcohol, even just socially drinking alcohol on the weekends. When I quit drinking alcohol my weight loss efforts (going to the gym, working out, running most days, etc.) went on pause for other reasons not related to not drinking alcohol. Suddenly, the body weight I had been trying to lose for YEARS just fell off of my body without ANY effort, and on top of that I was seeing muscle develop on my body 10X faster than it used to. Honestly, it was crazy. A little bit annoying too (not that I was complaining at all lol) but annoying in the sense that I had been trying for years to figure out the "tricks" to weight loss and why I seemed to be stuck in the same place, stuck in a plateau. I came to find that there are basically 3 major reasons why I lost 20lbs in 5 weeks with zero effort after I stopped drinking. Some of them are obvious, some aren't, but honestly they're all equally important and I discuss them in this video. Just real talk, no fluff, just my experience and the knowledge I've gained after I quit drinking alcohol and watched what happened. Quit drinking alcohol weight loss is REAL.
Full disclosure, I don't care if anyone drinks alcohol and they have a healthy and happy relationship with it. It's not my place or anyone's place to tell someone how to live their life, and if someone has a good relationship with it -- more power to them!
I simply want to share the information I've gained now that I don't drink and have experienced extremely exciting positives in my life. I literally have to do SO MUCH LESS WORK to keep myself feeling healthy and looking the way I want to, weight loss isn't anything like it used to be. It's surprising how much alcohol really does effect weight loss, and how much it could be contributing to the struggles we feel with regard to weight loss, or even just maintaining weight or building muscle.
I make these videos to simply share perspective on what it's really like to quit alcohol or stop drinking alcohol for good. I couldn't find this content when I was considering, so I'm making it for others who may benefit from it.
