stop drinking after years (does age matter?)

In this video, I discuss why I don't believe it's harder stop drinking after years of drinking, even if you are "older." I feel this way for a multitude of reasons which I go into in the video. And though I'm not "old" yet, I think that being older might actually turn out to be a benefit for people considering not drinking.
