Here are just a few of the negatives of not drinking and some of the negatives that come with drinking as well. I stopped drinking alcohol about 3 years ago, and since then I've learned how much can come from that. I've realized some of the major life changes that can come from drinking as well as some of the changes that can come from quitting drinking. Both are pretty dramatic. These are those nagatives.
