Back up Your Xbox 360 Saves in the Event of an Outage

I planned to stream Transformers - Fall of Cybertron early yesterday, but due to an outage that effected backwards compatibility (and Xbox 360) saves, I could not stream when I wanted to. Once the service was restored, I copied each of the non-backwards compatible games to my local Xbox 360 hard drive.
