Technology framework framework 13 laptop 12th gen intel forgotten support

Framework has had good success releasing products and supporting the right to repair through their actions. They have had excellent communication on the new AMD laptop, which ran into some issues. They did forget about the 12th gen laptop. A month after they said they would communicate better we have heard nothing.
