Every now and then, we feel agitated and angst. This track tries to capture the turmoil within that we all feel from time to time. Amidst the thunder and rain, can we still our inner self and find calm?

STEPS:
1 - Challenge work: despite the frantic sound of the strings and cracking thunder and rain, can we calm the tempest within and focus on the rhythmic sound that is present in nature to continue our breath work?
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
