I want to thank you for your interest in Authentica. I am excited to work with you. Let me share a bit about who I am and why I am so passionate about the work of Authentica. I was born and raised in the great state of Nebraska. My greatest joy in life is my family. I am married to a wonderful husband and we have four adult children and four dogs and 1 cat.

After high school graduation I had big dreams of living in the Big Apple, but after a few significant life events my plans changed and those ideas of moving to NYC slowly drifted away, but my entire journey is what led me right here.

During my professional career, I became an expert in the sales and marketing arena, I led teams, developed business growth strategies, partnered with Fortune - 100 companies, and held C-suite positions. In 2020, I was faced with the biggest change in my professional career, I was out of a job. I started to consider building my own business at that moment, but for some reason, I wasn't ready so I took what I call a rebound job that lasted about 18 months, regardless of how successful I was the job was no longer filling my soul.

After 30 years of working in Corporate America --- I had a calling and I knew it was time for a change! I am absolutely thrilled to follow my passion and get the opportunity to work closely with individuals and businesses to help people navigate their personal and professional journeys. When I look back at my career as a leader, my goal with every interaction was always to make a positive impact on others. I believed my job as a leader was to authentically teach and give back, so when the time came for me to pivot and leave Corporate America, I knew it was my time to be there for others as they work to achieve their best selves!

At Authentica, my mission is to create a trusted environment where we collaborate, share experiences, learn, grow, and connect, whether through group settings or one-on-one sessions. Authentica is all about fostering connections and inspiring people. I aim to achieve this mission through:

Individual coaching:
Working with businesses to help their employees develop professionally
Hosting Connect and Inspire Learning Events

Delivering keynote presentations:
DeAnna is currently obtaining her formal certification in Career Coaching through Symbiosis, an ICF Accredited Coaching program.
