Catasetinae orchids have this amazing trait to bloom male blooms and female blooms at different times of the year, or on the same spike or at the same time on 2 different spikes! CRAZY!! My Catasetum Orchidglade Jack Of Diamonds does this remarkable female bloom trick end of summer and eventually it will produce a male spike!
