78-year-old man found dead in vehicle in McDonald's parking lot

The man was found around 10:30 p.m. Thursday inside a Chevrolet Avalanche truck in the parking lot of a McDonald's in the 9000 block of 38th Street. Emergency personnel were called to the scene after friends of the victim said he never met up with them and they went looking for him. They saw his truck and found him unresponsive inside.
