Blackrock Fidelity. Franklin Templeton and other entities want Bitcoin spot ETF and SEC very helpful

SEC seems to be at war with the crypto industry but when big dogs like Blackrock Fidelity and others want spot bitcoin ETF the SEC seems very accommodating Why is that?
