I narrate my own novel, Freeing Colt, in this episode of Storytellers with Christy Lou. This episode contains some foul language as the characters share their stories of adolescent abuse. But you'll see Colt make giant strides toward escaping his fears and embracing freedom from abuse and anxiety. The therapists in these chapters are modeled, with their written permission, on my own group therapy leaders. The characters are fictitious, other than the therapists.
