Ray Epps, on January 5 and 6, encouraged people to go INSIDE the Capitol. Out of hundreds of people who have been arrested and jailed, Ray Epps remained free with no charges until recently, in September 2023, a misdemeanor: disorderly or disruptive conduct on unrestricted grounds. He is clearly guilty of so much more and should be heavily charged like other January 6 protesters.
