Kenneth Derwind Anders Sr. is an accomplished author, artist, and chef with a passion for mentoring others. Born in the 1960s and raised in Southeast San Diego, he faced many challenges in his youth but always maintained a positive outlook on life. After becoming a certified electronic technician, he excelled in the transportation industry for 30 years but never lost his love for the arts.

As a high school student, Kenneth was an award-winning artist and musician, and he continued to explore his creativity through music production, filmmaking, poetry, and other forms of artistic expression. He eventually turned his attention to writing, becoming a prolific author of both adult and children's books as well as screenplays.

In addition to his artistic endeavors, Kenneth is also deeply committed to his community. He has mentored underserved children and served as a youth basketball coach, sharing his talents and knowledge with young people who might not otherwise have access to these resources. He is also a devoted family man, with a wife, two children, and two grandchildren who inspire him every day.
