Sacred Water and Healing Baths

Cleaning and tidying our local Holy Well, collecting Sacred Water to bring home for my healing foot bath. Foot baths can offer wonderful healing benefits and are brilliant if you don't have a bath tub in your home. In the past a foot bath was offered to all visitors as an act of hospitality. For maintaining health, you can add add herbs and salt to the water depending upon what you need at any given time.
