EcoFlow River 2 Pro Failed Miserably when I needed it! | Offgrid Technology

Today I put up a video I was hesitant to put up but with the lack of EcoFlow support and taking care of their customers I had to show what happened to me when I needed my River 2 Pro during an emergency. If you depend on these products for your life in an emergency such as for a CPAP, etc. what are your thoughts? For such an expensive product I would have expected more.
