The Dan Markel Case: Will Harvey and Donna Adelson Testify?

Will Harvey and Donna Adelson be required to comply with the State's witness subpoenas in connection with Charlie Adelson's upcoming trial for the murder of his ex brother-in-law, FSU Law Professor Dan Markel? The State has filed a motion compelling the Adelsons to comply with the state subpoenas it has issued to them. The Adelsons are claiming they will assert the 5th Amendment for any interviews. And Charlie's lawyers are arguing that the State shouldn't be allowed to interview the Adelsons because the discovery deadline has passed. I go over all the motions here!

As always, Charlie Adelson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
