A routine police traffic stop leads to shoot out

San Diego officers stop a vehicle, smell marijuana in the vehicle and also find out after running the driver that he has a history of unlawfully carrying a firearm. He won't get out of the vehicle when lawfully asked to. He takes off down the street only to stop a few blocks away and open fire on the officers.
