Born in China in 1952 and 1957, the Zhou Brothers, Shan Zuo and DaHuang Zhou, embarked on a remarkable artistic journey that would captivate the world. With a deep-rooted passion for both art and drama, they honed their skills at the prestigious National Academy for Arts and Crafts in Beijing, earning coveted MFAs.

Their collaboration was a force to be reckoned with, embracing the realms of painting, performance, and sculpture. Drawing inspiration from the fusion of Eastern and Western philosophy, their aesthetic became a captivating symbol of artistic synthesis.

Their groundbreaking work soon garnered widespread acclaim, earning them recognition such as the esteemed National Prize of Chinese Avant-Garde from the Ministry of Culture and the prestigious Prize for Creativity bestowed upon them by the United Nations Peace Corps.
