How we throw away garbage

Every Tuesday, garbage is collected from our street. We collect trash all week. Then, on Tuesday morning, we try to hear the truck's engine. When we hear the sound of a car engine, we put a bag of garbage out on the street. A few minutes later this bag is taken away by special service employees. They throw our bag into the truck. If we put the garbage out on the street earlier, it will be bad. Stray dogs and cats will tear the bag. Animals will scatter garbage to find food. That's why every Tuesday we play a game called "Catch a garbage truck" :) How do you throw out garbage?
