I saw this on a site called Shadow of Ezra on Telegram's platform. It was uploaded Oct. 10, 2023. The speaker in this video is Necmettin Erbakan, first Islamist and 23rd Prime Minister of Turkey, (1996-1997), his tenure ended abruptly amid accusations of attempting to undermine Turkey's secular constitution.
He passed away in 2011 at the age of 85.
