"Devil Walking In The Daylight" - Confused Coyote's First Human Encounter?

1. 100 yard separation when I first saw it amble across field. A post helped hide me but I KNOW it saw me as I retreated for camera/weapon (staples I YET to learn are good to carry at all times). 2. Suspect is first human (or my style of; I heard that) contact: It clearly saw me standing at a distance when first going into creek brush yet came out at same point regardless. Then the rest is clear: WTF is this thing? Even sitting down at one time! Zero wind to speak of so perhaps if it smelled me it would have instantly fled as ... well, as ALL wild coyotes out here tend to do.
