"Years ago I heard this story from a anthropologist that had/was spending time with the 2 tribes in Rwanda when this happened, he was devastated, sad beyond belief. He spent several years with them. He claimed that the U.S. had talked 1 tribe into taken a vax, and the other tribe did not. He claimed they turned violent and became cannibals towards the other tribe. He said it was the vax because they had lived next to each other for 100s of years and never fought and only the vax was aggressive. It was in 94. The news lied about it being a war."
