Mentoring Professionals to Teach

One piece that has been crucial to our success with students is ensuring the “block of instruction” is tailored to them.

Most often this means adjusting techniques to their body type properly so they can operate at their fullest ability.

Here is a short clip of working with Instructors on strategies they can use to teach when they leave. We highly emphasize teaching by principles instead of 1 hard direction.

Use the principles & apply them to your circumstance. The rest will fall into place. This method when used by my favorite mentors in the past worked extremely well for me and it works great for the TCTS family.
