Butternut squash

For patir to us:
200 ml of milk
300 ml of water
1 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 spoon of dregs
100 ml of melted butt oil
200 g of melted butter
1 egg yolk
Peanut paste
Walnut
Make a hard dough
Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
I had 3 patirs, 2 of them with walnuts😋
Roll out the dough and apply walnut paste (if you don't have it, you can apply ordinary butter), sprinkle with walnuts, roll it up, cut it out as shown in the video, and apply egg yolk on top.
Let it soak well and cook at 160-170 degrees (depending on the gas, on lower heat).
