Riley is wanted in Texas? - Mad at the Internet

Josh takes a victory lap because he feels he has been vindicated in his opinion that what Riley did, show up outside of Eric July's empty warehouse at the dead of night, was illegal because Riley was officially named (not charged, which requires a charging document) in what appears to be a run of the mill police report for "felony stalking" which was written by a policeman for Eric July upon request. Josh goes on to say that should Riley ever be found guilty of felony stalking (which Riley has not been charged with) it may have some impact into a potential case of civil liability against Dick.
