ok so today I wanna talk about how people who work for free in teh game industry is really affecting the quality of the games they work on and t he general industry environment

First I am gonna explain how this issue is particularly common in Sweden, then I will explore the issue of working for free not just with wages but how it creates the YES MAN.
Another issue I will try and explain is Status Passion vs Creative Passion, lastly I want to bring up the most common Resume mistake I see for video games job applications
