Grated pie that melts in your mouth, “Mishutka Cake” - a very simple recipe
Ingredients needed:
Eggs-7
Margarine - 500 gr
Flour-600-800 gr
Razrekhlitel-1 pack
Sour cream-2 tablespoons
Sugar - 450 gr
Nuts peeled - 200 gr
Condensed milk-300 ml
Preparation:
Margarine, melted at room temperature, is made into crumbs with flour.
Mix it with a mixer, add sour cream, 100 g of sugar and separate the egg whites from the yolks, add the yolks and make a soft dough.
We send it to the ice room to freeze for 2-3 hours.
Take our frozen dough and parchment
we take it out from the grater on the sheet.
Beat the egg white well, add 350 g of sugar and continue to beat it.
And we put it in a pastry bag on top of our eyes and take it out in the form of a flower. Spread walnuts on top if desired.
We take out the rest of the dough from the grater.
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
Pour condensed milk over the cooked korjik.
We decorate as desired.
Do not eat for 3-4 hours until the cream is absorbed
