This was an adventure or should I say a pain in the neck. I did not get all the video I wanted because it took so long. Approximately four hours start to finish just to get the G.I. Op Rod guide off. Then reduce the barrel boss diameter down to 0.8" 80 hundreds not 80 thousands as I described in the video. Brain damage folks.
This was more difficult than the Sage EBR chassis install back in 2014 because I had to reduce the boss by a lot more. It came out fine.
