as a necessity could be dialed up or down as the gas depleted
in its 1 hours burn time, of 3600 ignitions & sit 30 years in storage
Flame should not exceed 120mm if adjustable & be under 50mm

1987 Bic's constant flow rate porous membrane mass produced
flame regulator ended the necessity of adjustment & lowered the
complexity, costs, failure rate, user tampering, safety incidents

a 30 minute 1800 ignition mini Bic uses the same 4K spark wheel in
a lighter created by Marcel Bich, 12 minute continuous burn max like
a modular refillable 1972 clipper
vs
1932 , the 200? light & 37 minute continuous burn Chromed Brass Zippo
added a lift able refill pad in 1943 that can pack flints & a folded 4" wick
