This is how you make a Zero Tick Sugarcane farm which will work in bedrock 1.20 it's a pretty simple build. Enjoy it!

Materials:

1 Dispenser
1 Observer
7 Hoppers
1 Redstone Comparator
3 Redstone Repeaters
3 redstone torches
16 redstone
3 pistons
2 sticky pistons
1 lever
1 sugar cane
2 trapdoors
2.5 stacks of any block
4 glass panes
5 sand
1 stair
3 buckets of water
2 composters
2 kelp
6 glass blocks
