How victims react to being abused and lied

Victim shaming is gross. My abusers new partner said it was pathetic to go through his phone. A year later, she went through his phone. Almost like you need to be in the situation to understand. And if by chance you were in a similar situation and handled it differently, you don't get a balloon for being a "better victim" than other people. That's seriously weird.
