503A and 503B of the FDA act called into question bulk drugs nominated for compounding as possibly having safety risks back in 2020. While many new peptides have been added to the list, technically none of the original list were truly “legal” for compounding pharmacies to be selling. But they continued to make and sell many of these peptides. The FDA is now exerting their power in this ruling and claiming everything these pharmacies sold and are selling is illegal. Anyone who has paid attention saw this coming.
