15 Dumbell Leg Workout

Join me for an at home dumbbell workout that will get your legs and lungs burning for more.
Workout details: 40 seconds of exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest. Finish the routine with a 1 minute finisher routine.
1. High dumbell squats x 2
2. Romanian deadlift x 2
3. Sumo deadlift x 2
4. Backward lunge each side
5. Curtsy Lunge each side
6. Goblet squats x 2
7. Suitcase squats each side
8. Farmer's squat, Goblet squats, and air squats 20 seconds each
