If Satan Ran the Media

If Satan ran the media, he would know in advance where he planned his next terrorist attack, political upheaval, or global uprising. He would have an army of reporters on the scene to film every brutal death, rocket attack, beheading, torture, and dehumanization. Rape would be a headline story. Shock value and sex build ratings. And if the target was already dead…well…inquiring minds want to know. His biased reporting would show disdain for all “infidels,” Jews, American Christians, and conservatives.
It wouldn’t matter who was to blame for the destruction. And if 40 babies are beheaded, and more children are slaughtered or kidnapped, innocence is over-rated. The top demon at the news desk would work overtime to paint victims as villains. Kind of like what the media is doing now in the Middle East.
The Jews are God’s chosen people. So, the devil chooses to destroy them. God promised Israel to the Jewish people, so Satan promises to steal it. And how would he do that?
You’d get stand-up interviews with Palestinian puppets in Congress…like “the Squad.” You’d demand moral equivalency by frequently quoting Palestinian sources and showing Israelis as aggressors after launching retaliatory artillery and air strikes. “Those POOR Palestinian people.” You’d point to Israel’s sealing off the Gaza strip as a heartless plot to starve two million Palestinians, and not as a way of protecting those who survived the murderous Muslim mujahadeen. You would give a voice to fringe socialist groups like ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter, and report on demonstrations in support of Islamic anarchy.
If Satan ran the media, we would expect to see growing numbers of outlets shifting their positions… working hard to understand the Palestinians’ plight while judging Jerusalem’s cruel colonialists. You would make sure no women’s rights groups spoke out publicly against the rape of Israeli women.
Come to think of it…maybe Satan DOES run the media.
