Two High Court Rulings. All the way with William Bay Ep 4,

Today, the High Court of Australia determined that the Suspended Dr William Bay's application for leave to appeal his case of Bay v AHPRA & Ors 2023 was dismissed.

Interestingly, we still don't know the reasons for this. The High Court is yet to release its judgment at the time of writing.

The High Court has however, has released its reasons for decision in Dr Bay's other matter regarding the 2023 Referendum being legally invalid. Unfortunately his case was dismissed and so Dr Bay will be coming on to explain his plan regarding how this is just a single lost battle and not the end of the war; he will explain the process to carry this campaign forward to victory.

What we need is fighters like William and courage like the doctors who came on his livestream this morning to show the Government that we will not give in, and WE WILL WIN!
