WTF RUMBLE? Please don't go FULL-YOUTUBE!

Dear Chris Pavlovski, I have been an ardent and VOCAL supporter of Rumble because I believe it is the ONLY free(er) speech platform out there and it has the BIGGEST SHOT to becoming SERIOUS COMPETITION to CommieTube. HOWEVER, this video shows some DISTURBING behavior by RUMBLE. THIS video seems to not only prevent leaving a THUMBS-DOWN, but will county any downvotes as UPVOTES?! At this point, I REALLY HOPE this is only a GLITCH, but should this be by design, it would constitute a CLEAR VIOLATION of FREE SPEECH by using the same SHADY TACTICS as CommieTube and FAKEBOOK.
Did anybody experience similar behavior by Rumble?? PLEASE COMMENT!
