I really think this is the best charcuterie board. At least in my mind. Probably for a lot of you considering it's got a recipe and it's carnivore ;)

RECIPE

Bacon Cheese Ball

12 Oz Bacon, cooked crispy and chopped fine
8 oz Cream Cheese, Room Temp
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley (optional)
1 oz Shredded Cheddar

1) Add half of your bacon to a bowl along with the rest of your ingredients. Mix with a rubber spatula for a couple of minutes to make sure everything incorporates.
2) Once mixed, roll into a ball. Roll this ball over the rest of your bacon so that it sticks to the outside. Wrap this tightly with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to stiffen back up. Serve cold.
