In this video I show you how to make crab rangoon for the carnivore diet. It's a super easy recipe as always. It just take some basic technique and it'll be good to go!

RECIPE
4 oz Lump Crab Meat
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
8-10 slices provolone cheese

1) combine you crab, cream cheese, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to a bowl and combine by hand or rubber spatula. Set aside.
2) Place a non-stick (I used a cast iron) pan over medium heat. lay down a slice of your cheese and allow to brown for about 1 minute. after the minute place a quarter sized dollop of your crab cheese
