In this video I show you a simple 3 ingredient egg salad! I'm showing you how to make soft boiled eggs as well as giving you a very tasty and light recipe for egg salad!

RECIPE

6 Eggs
1 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 tsp Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste

1) Place 9-12" pan over medium high heat with 4-6 cups of water. Bring this to a boil.
2) Once the water is boiling, carefully add your eggs and cover the pan with a lid. Set your timer for 7 minutes.
3) While your timer is going, set up an ice bath by adding water and ice to a bowl.
4) Once the timer is up, remove the eggs from the pan and place them into the ice bath for about 5 minutes. Peel.
5) Add all of your eggs to a bowl along with your sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until chunky. Serve.
