Carbonara deviled eggs, huh? Yep. And for the carnivore diet? Also, yep. Well, hopefully he shows us how to make boiled eggs too. Easy. Just watch the video ;)

RECIPE

VIDEO:

4 Eggs
3 Egg Yolks
8 oz Bacon
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 oz Parmesan, Grated

DOZEN EGGS:

8 Eggs
4 Egg Yolks
12 Oz Bacon
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
1.5 Oz Parmesan, Grated

1) Place about 1 inch of water into a pan and place that over high heat. Bring to a boil.
2) Once boiling, carefully lay in 4 of your eggs with tongs or a slotted spoon and cover. Set a timer for 12 minutes.
3) While those are boiling, grab a bowl and add in some ice and water. After the timer is up, remove the eggs from the water and place into your ice water to shock them.
4) Cut your bacon into lardons and place into a pan set over medium high heat along with your black pepper and 1/4 cup water. Cook this until your bacon is crispy and all of your fat has rendered out.
5) Add the remainder of your eggs to a bowl and separate the yolks and add those to a blender along with half of your cooked bacon, your parmesan cheese, 3 Tbsp of still warm bacon grease, and your cooked egg yolks. Blend on low until homogenous. If the mixture seems to be too thick, add in 1 Tbsp of water at a time until your mixture is to your desired consistency.
6) Scoop this mixture into a gallon zip lock bag, cut the corner off and pipe into your egg halves. Top these with the rest of your bacon and crack over more black pepper to finish.
