Biden on his Vote for the Iraq War

On October 10th, 2002, the Senate voted on the Iraq War Resolution
Biden voted for use of force and said-
Saddam Hussein "possesses chemical and biological weapons" and "is seeking nuclear weapons" and "for years he has prevented the UN inspectors from uncovering those weapons."
