Biden Admin Supposedly Not Targeting Musk But NLRB is Going After X for Firing a No Show Employee

The National Labor Relations Board is targeting Elon Musk and X because it fired a no show employee after mandating a return to work policy. The agency is claiming that because this person tried to get other employees to not return to the office and choose to be fired instead it somehow makes his/her staying home while expecting to get paid sitting on their ass a “concerted activity” and therefore protected under US labor laws.
