Carnivore Pizza Bianca

This one is a request and I'm happy to make a carnivore version of the Pizza Bianca!

RECIPE

Crust

8 Oz Cooked Chicken
4 Oz Mozzarella, Shredded
1 Egg
1 Oz Pork Rinds

1) Place all of your ingredients into a food processor and process until a dough has formed.
2) Spread this dough onto a parchment line baking sheet and place into an oven at 350°F or 176°C for 10 minutes just to dry it out a little before making your:

Ricotta Topping

3/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1 Oz Parmesan, Shredded
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

1) Add all of your ingredients into a bowl and combine.
2) Add dollops of this topping to your crust and spread evenly.
3) Top with more shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
4) Bake in the oven at 350°F or 176°C for 10 minutes or until the cheese has browned.
