Doom: Scientist (Unity Add-On) - Map 19: Crown of Creation (UV-Max)

Map 18 of Scientist is the longest map in the wad, and one of the hardest. The three Spider Masterminds near the beginning are not as daunting as they may seem if you remember that they can infight with each other. The secret Partial Invisibility powerup also helps.
