Celebrating "Cincere Day" in Milwaukee

Back in 2005, Mayor Tom Barrett declared September 24 as "Cincere Day", for one of the top R&B artists in the country, Cincere. To mark the occasion this yer, Cincere is kicking off a new project: "Adopt Our Neighborhoods". Cincere was raised in Milwaukee and struggled in his early years, which is why he's now devoted to making positive change in the community. We are so happy to welcome Cincere back to The Morning Blend to learn all about this Saturday's celebration!
