SEC says they will be going after bad actors spreading AMC FUD to manipulate share price

If the SEC doesn’t suspend the trading license of the bad actors and fine them an amount that scares the shit out of the potential bad actors nothing will happen But if they suspend their trading license and fine them a major amount it would deter future bad actors
