I go into the 3rd mine to get a summer sun or more and I thought they could only be found by digging, but it turns out that they're actually found inside rocks. I also raise money to buy a maker shed, so that I can get a seed maker to produce higher level seeds. I also boost Galen & Nina's friendship points to try and get their event, but unfortunately, I forgot that the harvest festival was on their day. So I boosted Wally's some more to get another of his events to make up for it.
