Day 14 - Appreciation for the Body

Our body is divine in intelligence

Every bit of technology that has ever been created is a mirror and a reflection from what our body can do

The technology is showing us what we are capable of. The most advanced technology that has been created has been created in the image of us.

Over the years the technology that has been created has advanced as much as we have learnt about the body

Cameras, widescreen TVs, internet, quantum

What is more advanced than the technology we see today? God - The creator of all things, all creation is Gods Creation.

Which means God is our Body,

Our body knows the truth and when the mind gets out the way, the body knows exactly what to do.

Our body loves us unconditionally and all it seeks to achieve is homeostasis - perfect body balance

Our mind is the only thing that gets in the way. The conditioning of the mind is filled with limitations and restrictions with lack of awareness of how powerful it truly is

When we connect our energy to our thoughts

We get to put IN-TENSION into the ATT-TENSION which creates TENSION inside the body

Where our attention goes energy flows

Stop and slow down to bring awareness to what is taking place within the body. When we move. When we exercise, when we stretch notice what takes place.

Feeling the energy with awareness, we get to control and give meaning to what is going on inside of us.

The body is so complexed that is it would be impossible to put into words. To comprehensive for the mind

Yet if we come back to our feelings and stay in our truth, we will know instantly what a miracle our body is

Bring more attention to your body over the coming days. Bring awareness and become the commander of the energy. Use the imagination of the mind to instruct the body
