This is the Two handed Knife Flip Song Challenge where you play five finger fillet (Hand roulette, stabscotch, whatever) with one hand and then flip it over and switch to playing with your other hand. You dont have to be ambidextrous to play, but it probably could help.

I know I said I wouldn't do any more knife game songs, but I couldn't help it. I got anxious.
