Blueberry lemonade concentrate
12 cups blueberry
8 cups lemon juice
12 cups sugar
mix well get to 190 degrees 1/2 inch head space 15 minutes water bathed

Blueberry syrup
8 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/3 water
4 tbsp lemon juice
bring to boil use emersion blender boil for 3 minutes
2 tsp vanilla
15 minutes water bathed

pancake syrup
6 cups sugar
6 cups brown sugar
3 tsp maple flavoring
6 cups water

bring to boil water bath 15 minutes
